Everything you need to know about the Device Payment Program

The UCOM Device Payment Program (DPP) allows you to pay off your IP Phone or Modem/Router over 12 months when you use it with an approved Service Plan. It's interest free and there is no need to pay the full amount upfront — a great way to ease the cashflow.
To become an approved DPP Customer you will need to meet our credit and eligibility requirements. It's a simple process done at the time you apply for one of our eligible services. Your UCOM Business Consultant will assist you during the signup process.
A UCOM Device Payment Contract (DPC) is a 12 month repayment contract attached to each individual device purchased as part of the Device Payment Program (DPP). The DPC forms part of the Service Application when you sign up with UCOM.
The DPC repayments will be included in your monthly bill for your services and are payable on the same due date.
Just visit the ucom.shop and select your device from a list of DPP approved devices. A UCOM Business Consultant will then include the device in your UCOM Service Application.
You will end up paying the RRP of the device as published on ucom.shop. There is zero interest — the total you pay over 12 months equals the listed price.
If you cancel your service plan or your plan is disconnected, you will need to pay out the remaining balance of your Device Payment Contract.
DPC instalments are fixed and don't change if you move to another service plan.
You can only purchase one device per single service plan. If your service plan incorporates multiple individual services (e.g. a UCOM PBX service plan for 3+ cloud PBX extensions), then you can purchase a device for every cloud PBX extension.
You can upgrade your device by paying out your existing DPC and entering into a new DPC for your new device.
Unfortunately you can't. The monthly repayments are set by dividing the total purchase amount by 12 months.
You can cancel the DPC by contacting our Customer Care team. You will then be required to complete a DPC cancellation form. The balance of your DPC Total Amount will be included on your next UCOM invoice which must be paid in order to complete the cancellation.
