Standard Warranty Coverage
- Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, we agree to replace or repair the Product in circumstances where the Product does not perform in accordance with our specifications or contains a defect in materials or workmanship during the Standard Warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The benefits provided to you by this contractual product warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Proof of purchase should be provided when requesting service during the Warranty Period. Where proof of purchase cannot be provided, we may use other reasonable methods to verify the purchase date and eligibility for warranty service.
-
Customer Obligations
- Customers must comply with reasonable directions from our staff in relation to troubleshooting any issue and facilitating any repair or replacement.
- Where Product(s) are already faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence should be submitted to us to facilitate assessment. Where photographic evidence cannot reasonably be provided, we will use other reasonable methods to assess the claim.
- The Customer is responsible for inspecting all goods received from us upon arrival.
- Any transit damage should be reported within 3 business days of receipt to facilitate timely resolution. Failure to report within this period may affect our ability to pursue claims with our wholesale suppliers, but will not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose.
-
Repair, Replacement, Credit and Refund
- If we are unable to repair or replace the Product, and subject to Australian Consumer Law, the customer may choose between a store credit or refund of the purchase price of the Product.
- In the event of a replacement, refund, or store credit, the faulty item will become our property.
-
